Guidelines
Abstract
We sincerely invite you to submit abstracts for 29th Meeting of the Petrology Group of the Mineralogical Society of Poland. All accepted abstracts will be published in MINERALOGIA ‒ SPECIAL PAPERS, Volume 52, 2024 on this website in PDF format after the conference.
During the preparation of your abstract please
follow the formatting (structure of the abstract, font type, font size, line
spacing, page margins etc.) in the template and please do not use any creative
or fancy formatting.
- The text should not exceed 1 page except the
abstracts of invited speakers.
- Please submit the abstract file with the following
name "PTMin24_presentingauthorname_o.doc" for an oral
presentation and "PTMin24_presentingauthorname_p.doc" for a
poster presentation. If you will have more posters, please use numbering (….p1,
p2) for them. The new file will automatically replace old file with the same
naming during the submission.
Please note, that your abstract will not
be an object of any review process and authors are fully responsible for the
content.
Online abstracts submission will be started during the registration time.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS - Please note that 15 minutes in total are allowed for each presentation (including 12 minutes of speech, followed by 3 minutes of discussion). Time for keynote speakers' presentations is 30 minutes. The recommended aspect ratio for slides is 4:3
POSTERS - preferred size of your poster is vertical A0 (118.9 cm x 84.1 cm).
